The Home screen will give you an overview of the patient’s account
At the top will be the different functions that you can perform on the patient’s account
On the top right hand side will show the totals of the Patient’s account breaking it down by Insurance Balance, Patient Balance, total balance and Unapplied Credit.
The page will default to the last 60 days but can be changed.
There will also be an option to select filters such as: type of charge, date range, provider or case.
There will also be an option to click on each column header to rearrange the order of the column.
There will be a drop down that will allow you to select the Live View, View All, Archived

At the top you will see the Insurance Balance, Patient Balance, Total Charge, and Copay amount. The copay amount will be able to be selected or deselected straight from the Encounter Details.
Down the left hand side of the screen you will see the Patient’s Name, Provider name, Insurance Company, Encounter Date, Dx codes, Notes, and Case.
If there is a note attached to the Date of Service, you will be able to click on the encounter date to view that note.
Each column will be able to be clicked on to rearrange.
You will be able to select certain checkboxes check boxes such as patient payment or patient adjustment and delete if needed to remove that payment/adjustment.
Payments will show up in green
Any edits or refiles will show up in Red
In the action column you will be able to convert a payment to a UAC, Add a note to a CPT code
If there is an insurance check you are able to click on it to view that EOB/ERA
