Users can find two reports within the Visit List will be an area where you can manage the visits and charges. This report will pull from the schedule and show you if the charges have been generated for that particular date of service. There will also be a billers report which will allow the biller to manage the charges.
Billing> Enter Charges > Visit ListIn the visit list tab, there will be a drop-down labeled, “Select Report” that allows users to switch between the visit list view and billers report view.To Run module that will help with the managing of patient visits & charges.
GO TO: BILLING > ENTER CHARGES > VISIT LIST
Generating Visit List Report
The Visit Lists takes the appointments from the schedule and lets you know if there is a completed note or charges associated with that date.
Optional: Select Patient Name, Provider
Select Select Visit List from drop down menu.
Select Date Range (Can do up to a maximum 30 day time date range at a time).
Optional: Report can be filtered by patient and/or Provider.
Optional: Select the check box so only to show unbilled visits showonly.
Click Run Report Optional: Print ListRUN REPORT.
*The PRINT option will open this report in a PDF format.

To Generate Generating Billers Report
The billers report shows any charges that were created within that Billers report will show all charges created within a given time frame.
Select Biller’s Report from Select ReportOptional: Select Patient, Provider, Insurance Companythe drop down menu.
Select Date Range (Will default to past 30 days, can generate for 30 days at a time)
Optional: Select Patient, Provider, Insurance Company
Click Run ReportOptional: Print or Export to ExcelRUN REPORT
*The PRINT option will open this report in a PDF format. The EXPORT TO EXCEL option will download the report as an .XLS file where users can further manage in an application such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
