1. Click 'Create New Fee Schedule'
2. Assign the Fee Schedule a Name
   1. Optional: You may use the 'Copy From' drop-down menu to duplicate and then edit an existing Fee Schedule
3. Click Save

To Delete A Fee Schedule:
