TEXT REMINDERS:
If you have opted to include Text Reminders on your account, you can customize the time frame for when text reminders are sent out to patients for scheduled appointments.
- The reminder increments available are: 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours
- Located within the Tools Icon drop-down menu – select the desired interval and click save.
Be sure when adding patients into the system that their Cell Phone number is populated in the Mobile Phone text box to ensure they receive that reminder.
