Visit List will be an area where you can manage the visits and charges. This report will pull from the schedule and show you if the charges have been generated for that particular date of service. There will also be a billers report which will allow the biller to manage the charges.
Billing> Enter Charges > Visit List
In the visit list tab, there will be a drop-down labeled, “Select Report” that allows users to switch between the visit list view and billers report view.
To Run Visit List Report
The Visit Lists takes the appointments from the schedule and lets you know if there is a note or charges associated with that date.
Optional: Select Patient Name, Provider
Select Date Range (Can do up to a 30 day time range at a time)
Optional: Select the check box so only unbilled visits show
Click Run Report

Managing Visit List
Clicking the Patient’s name will bring up their Demographic information
If a note was signed for that date, you will be able to Click on the DOS to view the note
Under Billing There will be one of 2 icons + or $
+ will indicate that the visit does not have a charge and when clicked on will bring up the enter charges page
$ will indicate the date of service does have a charge and clicking on it will allow you to view/edit the enter charges page
To Generate Billers Report
The billers report shows any charges that were created within that time frame.
Select Biller’s Report from Select Report
Optional: Select Patient, Provider, Insurance Company
Select Date Range (Will default to past 30 days, can generate for 30 days at a time)
Click Run Report
Optional: Print or Export to Excel
Managing Billers Report
Under the Visit Date, if there is a note associated with the charge you will be able to click on it to view the PDF note
Clicking on the patient’s name will allow you view/edit the patient’s demographics
Clicking on the down arrow will allow you to see the details
Print: You can print the page with the details
Export To Excel will allow you to select the visits you would like, export them to excel with the details.
