TO FILE CLAIMS ELECTRONICALLY:
ChiroFusion is fully integrated with Office Ally Clearinghouse & the billing system is already configured for sending electronic claims. The only requirement is that an Insurance Co. is set up with a Payer ID number under your Insurance Co. settings & any claims displaying a 'E' indicates that the claim can be filed electronically.

  • Select the desired checkboxes/claims you want to file & click File Electronic Claim
  • The claim(s) batch will be queued & claims will automatically be transmitted to Office Ally for processing.
Electronically filed claims can be tracked directly from within ChiroFusion under 'E-Claims Tracking', and there is no external clearinghouse account to log into. Tracking claims activity is further demonstrated in the E-Claim Tracking portion of the manual.
