- Clicking on the patient's name within the appointment will bring you to their Clinical Dashboard
- SOAP Note Icon (White) acts as a shortcut to the SOAP note for the scheduled date
- Only accessible for Providers and Super Staff
- Once the Provider completes and signs the note this icon will turn Green indicating that the note has been signed for that DOS
- Appt. Note Icon indicated a note on the appointment and if the mouse hovers over the icon it will display the note text
Text Reminders (Add-On Feature):
When a patient receives their appointment reminder, they have the option to respond 'YES' or 'NO' on whether they will make it to their scheduled appointment. This will auto-update on the scheduler with a Green/Red icon that will light up to indicate that they have confirmed or cancelled their appointment
