Visit List will be an area where you can manage the visits and charges.  This report will pull from the schedule and show you if the charges have been generated for that particular date of service.  There will also be a billers report which will allow the biller to manage the charges.
 
Billing> Enter Charges > Visit List


In the visit list tab, there will be a drop-down labeled, “Select Report” that allows users to switch between the visit list view and billers report view.
To Run Visit List Report

  1.  Optional:  Select Patient Name

  2. Select Provider (will default if only one provider selected)

  3. Select Date Range (Can do up to a 30 day time range at a time)

  4. Optional:  Select the check box so only unbilled visits show

  5. Click Run Report (Can also use Keyboard shortcut)

  6. Optional:  Print List

  7. You can re-arrange the columns by clicking on the column header

  8. Clicking the Patient’s name will bring up their Demographic information

  9. Under Billing There will be one of 2 icons

    1. + will indicate that the visit does not have a charge. 

      1. When clicked on you will select the patient’s case 

      2. A pop up screen of enter charges will appear

      3. Make Edits

      4. Click Save or Save and Approve

    2. $ will indicate the date of service does have a charge

      1. Clicking on it will allow you to view/edit the Enter Charges Screen.

To Generate Billers Report

  1. Select Biller’s Report from Select Report

  2. Optional: Select Patient

  3. Select a provider

  4. Insurance: Leave at all or choose a particular one

  5. Select Date Range (Will default to past 30 days, can generate for 30 days at a time)

  6. Click Run Report

  7. Under the Visit Date, if there is a note associated with the charge you will be able to click on it to view the PDF note

  8. Clicking on the patient’s name will allow you view/edit the patient’s demographics

  9. Clicking on the down arrow will allow you to see the details

  10. Print: You can print the page with the details

  11. Export To Excel will allow you to select the visits you would like, export them to excel with the details.

Note:  There are keyboard shortcuts that can be accessed by hovering over the ? icon.  Keyboard shortcuts will work instead of clicking the buttons.
 
(Note: We will further enhance Run Reports to include same data for completed SOAP/Exam notes & Billed Charges)
