The system already houses all the Payer ID #'s from Office Ally which is the clearinghouse we are fully integrated with for transmitting electronic claims.
If you happen to have a verified Payer ID number that is not appearing as an option when adding your insurance company to the system, you can add the Insurance Co & Payer ID here & it will then appear as an option when setting up your insurance company for electronic claims.
Go To: BILLING > OTHER UTILITY > CLEARINGHOUSE PAYER IDS
ADDING A PAYER ID:

  • Select 'ERA 835'
  • 835 Payer ID: Enter the Payer ID number
  • Payer Name: Enter the Insurance Co. name & click Save

This Payer ID will now be an available selection when setting up an Insurance Co for electronic claims.
It's important to verify a Payer ID as being a valid number recognized by Office Ally as this can vary amongst clearinghouses. To verify a Payer ID you can contact the Payer, or visit www.officeally.com website under Resource List > Payer Lists
