Patient Account is where you can manage your patient’s accounts, delete/revert payments, print ledgers/statements. Each time an action is complete, the page will now auto refresh to show you the most up to date information.
To Search For a Patient:
When clicking on Patient Accounting the global search will come up to search your patient by:
Search bar where you can search either first or last name
Using the advanced search to search by Last name, First name Last name, Date of Birth, MRN, or SSN. You are able to enter in up to 4 of these fields.
Clicking on the letter of the patient’s last name

Here you will click on the top left hand side that says “Back to Patient Search”. This will take you back to the global search to search for your next patient.
