Patient Statements can be generated on an individual patient account directly in Patient Accounting, and this allows you to selectively choose the items that will appear on a patients' statement. You also have the option to manage patient statements individually & in bulk under the Statements page in billing.
A. GENERATING A PATIENT STATEMENT ON AN INDIVIDUAL PATIENT ACCOUNT:
Go To: BILLING > PATIENT ACCOUNTING
- Select the individual charges you'd like to include by clicking on the checkboxes for each visit/transaction (Clicking the top check box on the header will 'Select All')
- Select Action: Choose 'Patient Statement'
- A pop-up window will display with the statement details & you can click on the Print tab to print the statement.

B. GENERATING & MANAGING PATIENT STATEMENTS IN BULK:
Go To: BILLING > FINANCIAL > STATEMENT
Select The Filter/Criteria For Statements:

- You can selectively click the check boxes for the patients to include in this batch, or click the top header check box to 'Select All' patients.
- Click the 'Select Action' (bottom page) 'Generate Statements'.
- A pop-up window will appear displaying all patient statements & you can click Print to print all the statements at once.
