There is a list of Pre-Defined Appointment Types within the drop-down menu that can be customized by time/color.

Creating Appointment Types:

1. Type in the name of the Appointment Type* that you are creating within the drop-down. For Duration* select the length of the appointment (Duration will be the time period that the scheduler blocks off when scheduling a patient.)
   1. Click the '00' on the clock to switch to minutes
2. Select a color to assign to the new Appointment Type that will display on the Scheduler
