1.4 Appointment Types

There is a list of Pre-Defined Appointment Types within the drop-down menu that can be customized by time/color.

Creating Appointment Types:

Type in the name of the Appointment Type* that you are creating within the drop-down. For Duration* select the length of the appointment (duration will be the time period that the scheduler blocks off when scheduling a patient.)
1. Click the '00' on the clock to switch to minutes
Select a color to assign to the new Appointment Type that will display on the Scheduler

When an appointment type is deleted, it will no longer be available to use for future appointments. The deleted appointment type will remain on any previous appointments.
