1.5 Resetting Passwords

You can reset any user's password at any time.
To Reset a Password:

  1. Select the User from the drop-down menu
  2. Enter both the New Password & Confirm Password (Minimum of 8 characters, including at least one Upper case, lower case, and a number)
  3. Click Reset Password (Right)

Only the account owner needs access to the Admin Account as it serves as the Mission Control Center used for managing account settings. You cannot access ChiroFusion's Main Interface from the Admin Account.

If you forget your credentials for logging into the Admin Account, contact our Help Desk and we will reset it for you.
