There is a list of Pre-Defined Appointment Types within the drop-down menu that can be customized by time/color.
Creating Appointment Types:
- Type in the name of the Appointment Type* that you are creating within the drop-down
For Duration* select the length of the appointment (Durations will be the time period that the scheduler blocks off when scheduling a patient.)

- Click the '00' on the clock to switch to minutes
- Select a color to assign to the new Appointment Type that will display on the Scheduler
You may choose to create an appointment type called 'Break' or 'Closed' & can use this appointment to block periods/days off for the provider(s)/practice. (See section 7.? For more details)
