Users may first indicate the Patient's Status using the drop-down options and radio buttons.
Within the Diagnosis section, users can toggle between ICD-9 & ICD-10 codes. Search using either the code or the description.
Users can also save their codes to the Favorites drop-down list by clicking the "Favorite" checkbox within the Action column on the right.
- After adding the codes and clicking 'Save' on the bottom left, users can drag & drop codes to place them in any order.
Note: You may choose to utilize the Orange 10 Icon within the toolbar to convert the desired codes between ICD-9 and ICD-10
