Assessment

Users may first indicate the Patient's Status using the drop-down options and radio buttons.

Search using either the code or the description. 
Users can save their codes to the Favorites drop-down list by clicking the "Favorite" checkbox within the Action column on the right.

Users can also select from the Saved Group drop down as a shortcut in entering ICD and CPT codes.  See Section 1.3 of the Billing Manual on how to create and used saved groups.

• After adding the codes, users can drag & drop codes to place them in any order.
