Plan

Users have the ability to create treatment plans that can be saved as templates to use for patients being treated for similar cases. If a plan is saved as a template, it can still be modified in the future for other patients – users will make the necessary adjustments and refrain from clicking the first "Save" button (which is designated to save the template and not the page).

The Plan Summary will give an overview for the treatment plan that the user has created.
The Total Number of Visits/Visits Remaining for the treatment plan will count down with each future visit & signed note.

This section also allows the user to designate an estimated Follow-up Exam date as well as the Anticipated Date of Release, both of which may be omitted from the note.
