Our User Manual offers both written instruction on navigating the entire system, and we also include a video link at the end of each section to help further explain each aspect. We also have a printable PDF version of the manual that offers an advanced in-depth view of each page & a full explanation of functionality for each page. This is helpful in allowing users to become well versed on the entire system & all offerings within the billing module.  Here are a few general items regarding the billing module.


Enabling Pop-Ups

The Billing Module relies on Pop ups for secondary validations.  It is important to always allow popups when utilizing Chirofusion. 

  • When you see the icon in the URL Browser bar, click on it and click enable.  Repeat the action in order for it to pop up or click the link to open the page.

  • You can also go Chrome settings to manage your Pop ups and always allow www.chirofusionlive.com.


Global Searching

When navigating, a global search page will appear.  Here you will have several ways to search for your patient

  • Search by typing first or last name in the search bar

  • Search by selecting the first letter of the last name

  • Using the advanced search function, you can search by

    • Last name, First name

    • Last Name

    • Date of Birth

    • MR#

    • SSN#

Once selected they will appear in the search bar and can be deselected by clicking the X.


Searching a patient:

  • To search a patient you will search by one of the ways above (Search bar, by letter, advanced search)

  • The selections will show in the box below

  • You will then click within the line to select the patient.

  • If the patient has multiple cases, you will need to click on Multiple Case and select the case you would like to go into.



Other

  • When clicking directly on the patient's name it will bring up their Essential, Demographic, Primary Insurance, Secondary Insurance, Cases and Authorizations for you to manage.

  • You can click on the top of each header (except cases) to re-sort each column.


Auto Archive
The system will auto archive after 12 months of activity in the following scenarios:

  • Patient Accounting

  • Eclaim Tracking

  • ERA Tracking

  • Claim Management


Keyboard Shortcuts

Users have the ability to navigate entire pages with no use of mouse and with just with keyboard. Navigate with tab forward, enter key, arrows and available shortcuts.

  • Each shortcut will be displayed with a '?' symbol. Hover over the '?' to see the keyboard shortcut utilization.



Auto Refreshing
The system will now refresh the screen after an action is performed (such as making a payment or adjustment in patient accounting).
