1.0 Getting Started: Configuring Your Billing Settings

New! Important General Information

 

  • Patient Search Fields: Search by typing First or Last Name in the search bar, or by using the alpha menu for last name (Advanced Search allows for enhanced look-up by DOB, MR # and SSN) To clear selection click X.

NEW: Billing Module is now Case specific and if a patient has multiple active cases, you must select a case after searching a patient and before you can proceed.

  • Viewing Patient Profiles: You can click on a patient’s name to view and edit their profile directly from billing.

  • Filter/Sort By Header: Most billing pages now allow you to sort by category simply by clicking on the Header Title. The table and data will then sort by that selection.

The Billing Module relies on browser pop-up windows in order to function and perform tasks. It is important to always allow popups when utilizing ChiroFusion. Click here for further assistance in managing this feature.
