In this section you will find instructions on managing all aspects of Insurance claims after they have been filed either electronically or by paper.

Regarding Electronic Claims Filing: ChiroFusion is partnered with Office Ally’s clearinghouse for the filing of electronic claims and receipt of electronic remittances. The ChiroFusion billing system is fully integrated with Office Ally & all filed electronic claim updates are managed directly in your ChiroFusion account. There is no external clearinghouse account to log into & all ChiroFusion clients are under their account with live feed updates directly in the billing system.
