• EOB Insurance Credit Card payment posted manually into the system.

• ERA Electronic Insurance Remittance that auto-posts to patient accounts.

You have the ability to set up ERA Electronic Remittance through Office Ally for the majority of Insurance Co/Payers. & Insurance EOB's will appear directly in the system. We encourage you to take advantage of this auto-post feature & you can go to: WWW.OFFICEALLY.COM > RESOURCECENTER > PAYER ERA ENROLLMENT FORMS to complete the individual ERA forms for payers. It takes up to 45 days for processing.
