There must be defined Office Hours in order to schedule appointments & you cannot schedule on days where there are no set/defined hours of operation.

Scheduler Interval Settings:

You have the ability to adjust your Scheduler Interval  for your calendar. This allows for additional customization based on your typical appointment lengths and how you would like your calendar view set.

  • The interval (in minutes) will default to the standard 10 minute setting
  • You may choose to set the interval to: 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes
  • Click SAVE once you have made your changes

Breaks: Are concrete & will not allow for appointments to be scheduled during break periods.

If you make exceptions to schedule patients during break periods, we recommend that you use the Appointment Types & create an appointment titled 'Break' which will allow you to schedule it any time/day & also allow for making exceptions & scheduling patient appointments

(See section 1.4: Appointment Types)
