5.1.1 Multiple Cases for One Patient

If you have a need to show that an injury/occurrence is separate from previous case & want to begin new exam, notes & perhaps bill a different Insurance altogether, then creating a new case will allow you to begin documenting new Exam/SOAP notes from scratch.
Example: Patient has been treating for general bad back under major medical insurance & one day they have an auto-accident that is covered under auto-insurance.
You can create a new case by searching for the patient within the Search Patient Name area and clicking 'Add New Case' or by navigating to the Insurance tab within the patient's dashboard and clicking on Cases.
