Visit Hx Tab

Located on far right margin of the EXAM/ SOAP note, once clicked will show signed reports in blue with an 's' next to it (signed) or grey dates with no 's' means the DOS was started but never signed.
Providers (only) may click on the 'X' to delete a DOS/Report and will be prompted to type DELETE to finalize the note's removal.

IMPORTANT: If this is the first exam/note & it gets deleted, all associated data to the exam/note will also be deleted. Any charges generated through the feature 'Move Visit to Billing Queue' will delete along with report, as long as no payment has been applied to visit or claim filed.
