6.0 OpenEdge Payments

OpenEdge Order History
 
Users that are subscribed to integrated Payment Processing through OpenEdge can track various aspects of their transactions within ChiroFusion.  You can also view these per patient in the Patient Accounting.
 
All info is able to be exported to Excel

Go To: BILLING > PATIENT ACCOUNTING > OPENEDGE PAYMENTS
To View/Edit Transaction History
All transactions will show here including: Patient Payments, UACs, Refunds, Extra Charges, Online Payments, Recurring Payments, and EOB

  1. Click on the Transactions tab and filter results if needed.

  2. Click Search

  3. Clicking on the down arrow will show you the details from the transaction, you will be able to see if it was successful or failed, when clicking the patient’s name you can update/view their demographic information.

  4. If you see a failed transaction, you will want to click the “Get Current Status” option to refresh the report to reflect the most recent status. Get Current Status will also allow you to print a receipt.

If there is ever a drop in the connection, only the first response will be displayed. 

 

Go To: BILLING > PATIENT ACCOUNTING > OPENEDGE PAYMENTS
When searching for saved Credit Cards or Recurring Profiles, you MUST input the date range for when the profile was originally created in the system.

To View/Edit/Deactivate Saved Recurring Profiles

  1. Click on the Recurring Profiles tab

  2. (Optional) Select Profile Status - will otherwise default to 'All'

  3. Input 'From Date' and 'To Date' Will default to last 30 days but can search up to 60 days

  4. (Optional) Select Frequency

  5. (Optional) Select Provider

  6. (Optional) Search patient by using the patient search bar

  7. Click Search

  8. Click on 3 dots under Action column to:

    1. Edit Amount

    2. Deactivate

Your results will appear allowing you to click the down arrow to view the different transactions and edit options in the Action column. 
The secondary expanded rows will allow you to "View Current Status".

 

Go To: BILLING > PATIENT ACCOUNTING > OPENEDGE PAYMENTS

To View/Delete Saved Credit Cards

  1. Click on the Credit Card tab

  2. (Optional) Select Order Status - will otherwise default to 'All'

  3. Input 'From Date' and 'To Date' will default to last 30 days but can search up to 60.

  4. (Optional) Enter Order ID

  5. (Optional) Select Type

  6. (Optional) Search patient by using the patient search bar

  7. Click Search

  8. Click on the dots in the action column to:

    1. View Current Status

    2. Delete (Note: Once a card is deleted, it will no longer be a selection within the patient's account)
