3.11 Creating/Managing Billing Alerts
User can navigate to Patient Accounting and add alerts similar to EMR. Pinned alerts will appear on the top of the page in the patient's account.
Creating an alert:
Click "Create Alert"
Add Title
Add Description
Can also add/create multiple alerts. Once created you can pin up to three alerts.
Edit/Delete/Pin/Unpin an alert:
Click on ፧ to the right of the alert
You then have 4 options
Edit The Alert
Delete the alert
Pin the alert
Unpin the Alert
